For Venue Partnerships

Last Updated: 4 October 2026

1. About These Terms

These Venue Partnership Terms govern participation in the WedPage Venue Partner Programme.

WedPage is a trading name of Your Design Partner Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

In these Terms, “WedPage”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Your Design Partner Ltd, trading as WedPage. “Venue Partner”, “you” and “your” refer to the venue, wedding venue, event venue or related business participating in the Venue Partner Programme.

By applying to become, or participating as, a Venue Partner, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Venue Partner Programme

The Venue Partner Programme allows wedding venues to introduce WedPage to their couples and provide access to benefits that may be made available through the programme.

WedPage provides wedding-related services which may include wedding websites, Couple and Guest Hubs, online RSVP management, guest information, QR-enabled printed invitations, guest photo sharing, WedPage Live, wedding stationery and print, and other related products and services.

Participation in the Venue Partner Programme is currently free unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

3. Independent Businesses

WedPage and the Venue Partner remain independent businesses.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership in the legal sense, joint venture, franchise, agency or employment relationship between us.

Neither party has authority to enter into an agreement, incur a liability or make a commitment on behalf of the other unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Introducing WedPage to Couples

Venue Partners may introduce or recommend WedPage to couples using the venue.

Any decision to purchase or use WedPage remains entirely with the couple.

Where a couple purchases a WedPage package, product or service directly from WedPage, the contract for that purchase is between the couple and WedPage and is subject to the applicable WedPage Terms & Conditions.

WedPage may accept or decline an application, enquiry or order where reasonably necessary, including where we are unable to provide the requested service.

5. Venue and Partner Codes

WedPage may provide a Venue Partner with one or more unique promotional, referral or tracking codes.

Depending on the arrangement, a code may provide a couple with a discount, complimentary feature or other benefit, or may be used solely to identify referrals from the Venue Partner.

The availability, value, eligible packages or services, usage limits and validity period of a code may vary.

Venue and partner codes have no cash value and must not be sold, transferred or used in a misleading or unauthorised manner.

WedPage may amend, suspend or withdraw a code where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, fraud, technical error or the ending of the partnership. We will not retrospectively remove a benefit already validly applied to an existing customer order.

6. Referral Fees and Commercial Arrangements

Unless separately agreed in writing, participation in the Venue Partner Programme does not create an entitlement to commission, referral fees or other payments.

Where WedPage and a Venue Partner agree a commission, referral fee, printing allowance or other commercial incentive, the details will be confirmed separately in writing.

7. Venue Information

Venue Partners are responsible for ensuring that information they provide to WedPage is accurate and reasonably up to date.

This may include venue descriptions, contact details, location and travel information, accommodation information, photographs, logos, branding assets and other information intended to be displayed through WedPage.

The Venue Partner must have the necessary rights or permissions to provide any photographs, logos, copy or other materials supplied to WedPage.

We may ask a Venue Partner to review or update its information where appropriate.

8. Venue Pages, Demonstrations and Branding

As part of the Venue Partner Programme, WedPage may create or display a venue profile, demonstration WedPage, venue-themed presentation or other promotional material relating to the Venue Partner.

The Venue Partner grants WedPage a non-exclusive permission to use its name, logo, photographs and approved marketing materials for the purposes of operating and promoting the partnership.

Ownership of those materials remains with the Venue Partner or their respective rights holders.

WedPage retains ownership of its software, systems, website, designs, templates, technology, branding and other proprietary materials.

Either party may request that the other's branding is removed following termination of the partnership, subject to reasonable time being allowed to make the necessary changes.

9. WedPage Services

WedPage is responsible for the operation and delivery of services purchased directly from WedPage.

Venue Partners should not make representations, guarantees or promises about WedPage's products, services, availability or functionality beyond information supplied or approved by WedPage.

We may develop, improve or change WedPage's features and services over time.

10. Relationship With Couples

Couples who purchase products or services directly from WedPage remain customers of WedPage for those products or services.

The Venue Partner remains responsible for its own relationship and contractual arrangements with the couple concerning the venue and services it supplies.

Neither party is responsible for the other's contractual obligations to a couple unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

11. Guest Information and Venue Workbooks

WedPage may enable couples to collect and organise wedding information which can include guest attendance, meal choices, dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility requirements, accommodation, transport, seating and other information relevant to the wedding.

Couples may choose to provide relevant information or exported Venue Workbooks to their venue, caterer or other wedding suppliers.

A Venue Partner receiving personal information must use it only for legitimate purposes connected with the wedding and handle it securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Particular care must be taken with information concerning allergies, health, accessibility or other sensitive personal information.

Venue Partners must not use guest information obtained through WedPage for unrelated marketing purposes unless they have an independent lawful basis to do so.

12. Data Protection

Each party must comply with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

The parties' respective roles in relation to personal information will depend upon the particular processing activity and the purposes for which the information is being processed.

Where the parties process personal information independently for their own purposes, each party is responsible for its own compliance with data protection law.

Where one party processes personal information solely on behalf of the other as a processor, the parties will put in place any data processing terms required by applicable law before that processing takes place.

Each party must maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information under its control.

13. Confidential Information

Each party agrees to keep confidential any commercially sensitive or non-public information received from the other in connection with the partnership.

Confidential information must not be disclosed to another person except where reasonably necessary to perform the partnership, with the other party's permission, or where disclosure is required by law.

This obligation does not apply to information that is already lawfully public or was lawfully known to the receiving party independently of the partnership.

14. Intellectual Property

All rights in the WedPage name, branding, software, systems, website, templates, designs and technology remain the property of WedPage or its licensors.

Venue Partners retain ownership of their own names, trademarks, logos, photographs and other materials.

Neither party acquires ownership of the other's intellectual property as a result of participating in the Venue Partner Programme.

15. Availability and Changes to the Programme

We aim to provide the Venue Partner Programme and WedPage services reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may change the structure, features or benefits of the Venue Partner Programme where reasonably necessary as WedPage develops.

Where a material change directly affects an existing Venue Partner arrangement, we will aim to provide reasonable notice where practicable.

16. Liability

Neither party excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings arising from participation in the Venue Partner Programme, to the extent permitted by law.

Where a Venue Partner pays WedPage for a separately agreed service, any additional liability provisions applicable to that service may be set out in the relevant agreement.

17. Ending the Partnership

Either party may end participation in the Venue Partner Programme by giving written notice to the other.

WedPage may suspend or terminate participation immediately where there is serious misuse of WedPage, fraud, unlawful activity, misuse of personal information, infringement of intellectual property or conduct likely to cause material harm to WedPage, its customers or guests.

Termination does not cancel or alter contracts already entered into directly between WedPage and couples.

Following termination, promotional references and branding relating to the partnership may be removed and venue or partner codes may be disabled.

Any provisions which by their nature should continue after termination, including confidentiality, intellectual property and applicable data protection obligations, will continue to apply.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Venue Partnership Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the programme, our services or applicable law.

The current version will be published on the WedPage website.

Where a change materially affects an existing Venue Partner's rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to bring the change to their attention.
