Conditions

1. About Us
WedPage provides wedding websites, wedding planning and guest management tools, online RSVP services, photo sharing, wedding-day features, wedding stationery and related digital and printed products.
WedPage is a trading name of Your Design Partner Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 09367235, whose registered office is at 149 Torrisholme Road, Lancaster, LA1 2TZ.
You can contact us at weddings@wedpage.co.uk.
These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase or use a WedPage product or service. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

- other optional products, upgrades and add-ons made available from time to time.
The exact features included depend on the package and any additional products or services purchased or granted to your WedPage.
Features may develop over time. Where we make changes, we will not materially reduce a paid service during its agreed service period without good reason.
3. Your WedPage and Couple Hub
Your Couple Hub is the private management area used to administer your wedding and associated WedPage.
You are responsible for keeping your account and access details secure and for ensuring that people given administrative access are authorised to use them.
You are responsible for checking that information entered into your Couple Hub is accurate and appropriate before it is made available to guests, venues, suppliers or other third parties.
We may provide tools to help organise wedding information, but WedPage does not replace professional advice from venues, caterers, wedding suppliers or other service providers.
4. Information You Provide
You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to WedPage is accurate, complete and up to date.
This may include:
- names and contact information;
- wedding dates;
- venue and travel information;
- guest information;
- menu and dietary information;
- accommodation and transport information;
- addresses;
- photographs;
- messages and other uploaded content; and
- information required to produce personalised or printed products.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied to us, provided that we have reproduced or used that information correctly.
5. Guest Information and RSVP Data
WedPage allows couples to collect and manage information supplied by their wedding guests.
Depending on the wedding, this may include attendance, meal selections, dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility requirements, accommodation, transport choices and information relating to additional wedding events.
Some information, particularly allergy, accessibility or health-related information, may constitute sensitive or special-category personal data and requires additional protection under UK data protection law.
How we collect, use, store and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Couples using WedPage should only request information from guests that is reasonably required for organising their wedding and related events.
6. Guest Hubs and QR Codes
Where provided, QR codes printed on wedding stationery allow guests to access the relevant WedPage or personal Guest Hub.
Customers are responsible for checking QR codes and personalised details during the proofing process where a proof is supplied.
Guests must not attempt to access another household's private information, interfere with the service or use a Guest Hub for any unlawful purpose.
QR codes and guest access associated with a particular wedding are intended for that wedding and should not be reused for another event.
7. Photographs, Messages and Guest Content
Couples and guests may be able to upload photographs, messages and other content to WedPage.
The person uploading content retains ownership of any rights they hold in that content.
By uploading content, the user confirms that they own it or otherwise have the necessary permission to upload and share it through WedPage.
The uploader grants WedPage a non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, resize, organise and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide the WedPage service for the relevant wedding.
Content must not:
- infringe another person's copyright, privacy or other rights;
- be unlawful;
- be abusive, threatening, defamatory or seriously offensive;
- contain malicious software or code; or
- otherwise be inappropriate for the service.
We may remove or restrict content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or applicable law.
Additional information about guest uploads is available in our Photo Upload Guide.
8. Smart Gallery and Automated Features
Certain WedPage packages or promotions may include Smart Gallery and other automated tools designed to help organise wedding photographs or content.
Automated classification may not always be correct. Couples may be provided with tools to review, hide or reorganise content.
Automated features are intended to assist with organisation and presentation and should not be relied upon as a permanent or sole archive of photographs.
9. WedPage Live
Where available, WedPage Live allows selected wedding content to be displayed on a compatible screen or display at the wedding venue.
The availability and quality of WedPage Live can depend on factors outside our control, including:
- internet connectivity;
- venue Wi-Fi;
- the device being used;
- screen or display equipment;
- browser compatibility; and
- third-party services.
Customers are responsible for arranging suitable equipment, connectivity and any necessary permission from their venue.
Where moderation or WedPage Live Care is provided, moderation is intended to reduce unsuitable content but cannot guarantee that every inappropriate image or item will be identified before display.
10. Third-Party Services
Some WedPage features rely upon reputable third-party providers for services such as hosting, payments, messaging, storage, printing, delivery and fulfilment.
Where appropriate, information may be shared with these providers where necessary to deliver the service requested.
Details of how personal information is handled by our service providers are explained in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for failures caused entirely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect any rights you have against us under applicable consumer law.
11. Service Availability
We use reasonable care and skill to keep WedPage services available and operating correctly.
However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, security work, internet or hosting failures, third-party service disruption or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will seek to restore affected services promptly.
12. Hosting Period, Renewal and Expiry
Your WedPage is provided for the hosting period stated when you purchase or activate your package.
Where a renewal option is available, you may extend your WedPage for the price shown at the time of renewal.
We may send reminders before expiry, but it remains the customer's responsibility to renew where continued access is required.
Following expiry, we may provide a limited grace period during which the WedPage can be restored.
If the WedPage is not renewed, access may be restricted and the wedding website and associated content may subsequently be removed.
We may retain information that we are legally required to retain, including appropriate financial and transaction records, after the WedPage itself has been removed.
Customers should retain their own copies of photographs and other important content. WedPage should not be used as the sole permanent backup of wedding photographs or records.
Our Privacy Policy provides further information about data retention.
13. Wedding Stationery and Personalised Print
Where you order personalised stationery or other printed products, you are responsible for carefully checking any proof supplied before approving it for production.
Approval confirms that you have checked, where applicable:
- names and spelling;
- dates and times;
- addresses and contact information;
- wording;
- QR codes;
- layout;
- quantities and specifications; and
- other personalised details.
Once personalised products have entered production, changes may not be possible.
Colours displayed on a monitor can differ from printed colours because of differences between screens, printing processes, materials and finishes. Reasonable colour variation is therefore to be expected.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.
14. Wedding Books and Other Photo Products
Wedding Books and other personalised photo products may be created using photographs, messages or other content selected or approved by the customer.
Where a proof or approval stage is provided, you are responsible for checking the product before approving production.
Approving a proof does not itself constitute an order or payment unless this is clearly stated during the purchasing process.
Once a personalised product has entered production, it may no longer be possible to amend or cancel it.
15. Delivery and Fulfilment
Printed products may be produced or fulfilled by WedPage or by specialist production and fulfilment partners.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Unless a specific guaranteed service has been expressly agreed, delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to help resolve delivery or fulfilment problems.
Risk and consumer rights relating to delivery remain subject to applicable UK law.
16. Prices and Payment
Prices shown on the WedPage website are those applicable at the time of ordering unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Payment is required at the stage shown during the ordering process.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. WedPage does not need to store complete payment-card details where payment is handled securely by the payment provider.
We may suspend paid services or withhold production or fulfilment where payment has not been successfully received.
17. Promotional, Venue and Partner Codes
From time to time WedPage may issue promotional, venue, partner or other discount codes.
Codes may:
- provide a monetary discount;
- unlock or provide a complimentary feature;
- apply only to particular packages or products;
- be limited to a particular wedding;
- have a maximum number of uses; or
- have an expiry date.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may refuse or cancel the use of a code where it has expired, has already reached its permitted usage, does not apply to the selected product or has been obtained or used fraudulently.
Any specific conditions communicated with a promotion also apply.
18. Cancellations and Your Consumer Rights
Your cancellation rights depend on the type of product or service purchased.
For many contracts entered into online, consumers have a 14-day cancellation period. Different rules and exceptions apply to services that begin during that period, digital content supplied immediately, and goods made to the customer's specification or clearly personalised.
Where you ask us to begin providing a service during the cancellation period, we may ask for your express request to begin early. If you subsequently cancel where a cancellation right remains, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied, where permitted by law.
Where digital content is supplied immediately, any loss of the statutory cancellation right will only apply where the requirements for express consent and acknowledgement under applicable law have been satisfied.
Personalised or made-to-order printed goods may be exempt from the normal cancellation right once ordered, where the statutory personalised-goods exception applies.
This does not affect your rights where products or services are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact weddings@wedpage.co.uk as soon as possible.
19. Refunds and Problems With an Order
If something has gone wrong with a WedPage product or service, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, put matters right.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, remedies may include correction, re-performance, replacement, price reduction or refund.
We do not exclude or restrict remedies to which consumers are entitled by law.
20. Intellectual Property
The WedPage name, branding, software, website functionality, templates, designs and other intellectual property created by or for WedPage remain the property of Your Design Partner Ltd or the relevant rights holder unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Purchasing a WedPage does not transfer ownership of the WedPage platform, software, templates or underlying designs.
Customers and guests retain ownership of intellectual property rights they hold in content supplied or uploaded by them, subject to the limited permissions required for us to provide the service as described in these Terms.
21. Acceptable Use
You must not use WedPage:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to harass or harm another person;
- to distribute malicious software;
- to attempt unauthorised access to WedPage systems or another user's information;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the service; or
- in a way that infringes the rights of another person.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, WedPage or third parties.
Where practicable and appropriate, we will attempt to contact the affected customer before taking significant action.
22. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where we have taken reasonable steps to minimise their effect.
If you use WedPage primarily for personal wedding planning purposes, we do not exclude your rights as a consumer.
WedPage is not intended for use as a business continuity, emergency communication or permanent archival service.
23. Venue Partnerships
Separate terms apply to businesses participating in the WedPage Venue Partner programme.
Venue Partner arrangements, referral codes, promotional benefits and other partnership arrangements are governed by our Venue Partnership Terms & Conditions and any additional written agreement between us and the venue.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business or applicable law.
The version applying to a purchase will generally be the version in force when the relevant contract was entered into, unless a change is required by law or is otherwise permitted under the contract.
The latest version will be published on the WedPage website together with the date it was last updated.
25. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws applicable where you live and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
If a problem arises, we encourage you to contact us first at weddings@wedpage.co.uk so that we can try to resolve it.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
