Welcome to WedPage! Your Couple Hub is your personal space for planning your wedding, keeping everything organised and bringing your guests together.
Before you start inviting guests or planning the finer details, let's make your WedPage feel like yours.
It only takes a few minutes to add your wedding information, upload a favourite photograph and choose a style that reflects your celebration.
1. Open Your Wedding Details
Sign in to your Couple Hub.
From your dashboard, select Edit wedding details.
This opens the Wedding Details window, where you can add or update the information about your special day.
You can also access Wedding details from the My Wedding menu.
2. Add Your Names and Wedding Date
Start with the essentials:
- Partner one: Enter the first partner's name.
- Partner two: Enter the second partner's name.
- Wedding date: Select the date of your wedding.
- Ceremony time: Choose the time your ceremony begins.
Not sure about your ceremony time yet?
That's absolutely fine! Simply leave it as Time not confirmed and come back when your arrangements are finalised.
Your wedding date helps WedPage personalise your planning experience and display the countdown to your big day.
3. Upload Your Favourite Photograph
Make your Couple Hub feel personal by adding a photograph of you both.
Under Couple photo, select Upload photo and choose an image from your phone, tablet or computer.
For the best results, choose a clear photograph where you're both comfortably within the frame.
Accepted image formats:
- JPG
- PNG
- WebP
Maximum file size: 8MB
Already added a photograph? You can select Change photo whenever you'd like to use a different one.
A little tip: You don't need a professional engagement photograph. A favourite picture from a holiday, a special occasion or simply a lovely moment together works beautifully.
4. Add Your Ceremony and Reception Venues
Next, tell WedPage where you'll be celebrating.
You'll find two fields:
- Ceremony venue: Where you'll be getting married.
- Reception venue: Where you'll celebrate afterwards.
If your ceremony and reception are at the same venue, you can enter the same location in both fields.
Still deciding on a venue? You can return to update these details later.
5. Add Your Delivery Address
WedPage also has a private delivery address section.
This is used when you or one of your guests chooses to send a WedPage print or gift directly to you.
Enter your address, including your postcode, so it's ready when needed.
Your privacy matters: Your delivery address is kept private and is never displayed to your wedding guests.
6. Choose Your Wedding Style and Colours
Now for the creative part!
Your WedPage can be personalised to reflect the look and feel of your wedding.
Within Wedding Details, you'll find options for:
- Wedding style: Choose a design that suits your celebration.
- Colour theme: Select a coordinated colour palette.
- Custom colours: Adjust the primary, secondary and optional accent colours.
These choices help bring a consistent appearance to your Couple Hub, your guests' experience and matching wedding stationery.
And don't worry about getting everything perfect straight away. You can change the appearance later without losing the wedding information you've already entered.
7. Save Your Wedding Details
Once you're happy with everything, select Save Wedding Details.
Your information is saved to your WedPage, ready for the next stage of your planning journey.
Remember, you don't need to have every detail finalised today. Your WedPage is designed to grow alongside your wedding plans.

Can I change my wedding details later?
Yes. Return to Edit wedding details in your Couple Hub whenever you need to update your information.
Do I need to upload a photograph immediately?
No. You can add your couple photograph whenever you're ready.
What if we haven't confirmed our ceremony time?
Choose Time not confirmed and update it later.
Can we change our wedding colours after we've started planning?
Absolutely. Changing your wedding style or colours won't remove the information you've already added.
Will guests be able to see our home address?
No. Your delivery address is private and isn't displayed to guests.
