How can we help you?
Two people. One wedding. Everything beautifully connected.
Planning your wedding is something you can enjoy together, and WedPage makes it easy to share the experience.
By inviting your partner to your Couple Hub, you'll both have access to the same wedding information, planning tools and guest arrangements — all in one convenient place.
There's no need to share passwords or manage separate wedding plans. You'll each have your own secure login, while everything stays connected.
1. Open Your Couple Hub
Sign in to your WedPage Couple Hub.
On your dashboard, look for the Invite your partner option near your wedding details.
Alternatively, open the My Wedding menu and select Partner access.
This opens the invitation window, where you can give your partner access to your shared Wedding Hub.
2. Enter Your Partner's Details
You'll be asked for two pieces of information:
- Partner's first name: Enter your partner's first name.
- Partner's email address: Enter the email address they'd like to use for WedPage.
Make sure the email address is correct, as this is where their invitation will be sent.
A little tip: Your partner should use their own email address rather than yours. This allows you both to have individual, secure accounts.
3. Send Their Invitation
Once you've entered their details, select Send Secure Invitation.
WedPage will send a personalised invitation directly to your partner's email address.
The invitation explains that they've been invited to join your private Wedding Hub and provides a secure link to access it.
You don't need to create an account or password for them — WedPage takes care of the invitation process.
4. Your Partner Accepts Their Invitation
Your partner should open the invitation email from WedPage.
If they're new to WedPage, they'll see a Create My Password button.
They simply need to:
- Open the invitation link.
- Create their own secure password.
- Sign in to their Wedding Hub.
If they already have a WedPage account, their invitation will instead provide an Open My Wedding button so they can sign in with their existing details.
Once signed in, they'll be able to access your shared wedding.
5. Start Planning Together
You're now both connected to the same Wedding Hub!
Whether you're planning together on the sofa or organising different things throughout the week, you'll both be working with the same wedding information.
You can use your shared Hub to:
- Manage your guest list: Add guests, organise households and keep track of invitations and RSVPs.
- Plan your wedding timeline: See upcoming milestones and organise the tasks ahead.
- Organise meals and dietary requirements: Keep guest choices and important information together.
- Add your wedding content: Share your story, venue information, accommodation details and other useful information with guests.
- Prepare your stationery: Review the details and proofs associated with your wedding.
- Keep track of arrangements: Work together on the practical details of your celebration.
Changes made within your shared Wedding Hub are available to both of you, helping you stay organised and avoid keeping separate lists.
6. Check Your Partner Is Connected
If you'd like to check whether your partner has been added, return to My Wedding → Partner access.
Once their account is linked, WedPage displays their name and confirms that they're connected to your Wedding Hub.
You don't need to send another invitation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does my partner need to purchase their own WedPage?

Can we both use WedPage at the same time?
Yes. You can each sign in using your own account and access the same Wedding Hub.
Will we have separate guest lists or planning information?
No. Your wedding information is shared, so you can both work from the same guest list, tasks and arrangements.
Can my partner change our wedding details?
Yes. Once linked to your Wedding Hub, your partner can help manage your shared wedding information.
What if my partner doesn't receive the invitation?
Ask them to check their spam or junk folder first and search for an email from WedPage.
If it still hasn't arrived, contact WedPage Support so we can help.
Can I invite my partner using my own email address?
No. Your partner needs a different email address so they can have their own secure login.
Can we invite other family members or wedding planners?
